What is MitoPhor?
MitoPhor is an endogenous autofluorescence¹ based on a narrow blue wavelength excitation and narrow wavelength green emission. Preclinical studies have shown that human RPE, when oxidized, is susceptible to green emission when stimulated with blue light. Our devices are designed to explore this endogenous phenomenon.
